Rates

For every group a reservation fee of 40 $ will be charged. 
Any supplementary day exceeding the normal duration of the booked program will be charged extra.
The rates are approximate because of possible increases of salaries, flights, permits, lodges, etc ...The prices will be definitively fixed only when you will have asked for a quotation and paid the booking advance.
However, in case of price increase of flights, trekking permits and national park fees after the booking, an extra charge will be added to the balance.

Booking

To book a program please use our booking form or, alternatively, send an e-mail with the following information:

The exact name and duration of the chosen program.
The number of members and their names, passport numbers, nationalities and dates of birth.
Your date and time of arrival to Delhi .
You will receive a quotation.To confirm the booking, you will be requested to deposit 30 % of the total amount. You will be informed as soon as the booking advance is received.

For a tailor made program, you will get a quotation as soon as we get a full description.

Cancellation

Cancellation charges are calculated per person, as follows.
At any time : 100% of the booked domestic flights.
More than 30 days before the departure date: 85 $ of fixed charges.
Less than 30 but more than 20 days before the departure date: 85 $ of fixed charges and 50% of the booking deposit.
Less than 20 but more than 5 days before the departure date: 50% of the program price.  
Less than 5 days before the departure date: 100 % of the program price.   
No cancellation charges (excepted 100 % of the domestic flights) if a departure date modification is notified at least 20 days before the beginning of the program.
In case a program should be stopped before the last stage, no refund will be due, whatever the reason for the interruption.

Liabilities and responsibilities

Meeting another culture requires tolerance and the ability to adapt. It is in the nature of all the programs that arrangements and participants have to be flexible. The day to day agenda and ultimate goal of a trip are taken as aims and not as contractual obligations. The agency will always try its very best to solve any problem you face during your trip, but cannot be held responsible for delays or alterations in the programs or for expenses incurred, owing to domestic flights delays or cancellation, strikes, local regulations, sickness, bad weather, war, force majeure, political closures and disputes.

Included in the price

Airport-hotel transfer both ways.   
Hotel in Delhi : 3 nights bed & breakfast (1 before and 2 after trekking).
All bus and train transfers as well as domestic flights.
All meals and lodging (camping or hotel ) during the trek.   
Complete camping equipment: 2 person tents, dining tent, toilet tent, foam mattress, kitchen equipment ... (sleeping bag is not included).  
An English-speaking licensed guide, a cook and porters or horses for your personal belongings (maximum of 12 kg per person), camping equipment and food.
