Going through the Indus valley and the ancient kingdom of Sham, this program is of moderated difficulty. It is an opportunity to visit the most important monasteries of Ladakh and the magnificent sites spread around: Shey, Thiksey, Hemis, Spitok, Phyang, Lamayuru and Alchi, which are accessible by road and Temisgang, Ridzong and Likir, which line the trekking path. At an altitude lower than 4500m, trails go across numerous villages where ways and customs are Tibetan ones.
