Day 02 Fly Mumbai - Bangalore and transfer to your hotel.Overnight in the
hotel.Sightseeing of the city.
BANGALORE : Located 1000 Mts. above sea
level, this bustling capital city of Karnataka has a perpetual holiday atmosphere, thanks
mainly to its picnic weather.
The city : The places visited are Tipu's palace, Bull temple, Lalbagh botanical garden,
Ulsoor lake and Art Gallery.
Day 03 Drive
Bangalore - Nagarhole. Overnight in Jungle hotel.
NAGARHOLE NATIONAL PARK : This 634 sq. km wildlife sanctuary is in the southeast of
Coorg and was, until recently, one of the country's finest deciduous
forests and home to tigers, elephants, panthers, sloth bears, bisons, barking deer and
smabars. The Forest is home for herds of Elephants, Gaur, Chital, Sambar and Barking Deer,
Sloth Bears and Langur. Crocodiles and over a hundred species of Birds. And the elusive
Cats - the Leopard and the Tiger.
Day 04 In Nagarhole to explore.
Day 05 Drive Nagarhole - Mysore. Overnight in hotel. Afternoon
sightseeing of the city.
MYSORE : Sandalwood City! Everywhere
you go in this beautiful city you'll find yourself surrounded by the lingering aromas of
sandalwood, jasmine, rose, musk, frangipani and many others.
MAHARAJA'S PALACE : The beautiful
profile of this walled Indo-Saracenic palace, the seat of the maharajas of Mysore, graces
the city's skyline.
JAGANMOHAN PALACE : Another place worth
a visit is the Jayachamarajendra Art Gallery in Jaganmohan Palace.

Day 06Drive Mysore - Bandipur . Overnight in Jungle

Day 07In Bandipur to explore.
BANDIPUR WILDLIFE SANCTUARY : Eighty km south of Mysore on the Mysore to
Ughagamandalam (Ootacamund) road, this wildlife sanctuary covers 874 sq. km and is part of
a larger national park which also includes the neighboring wildlife sanctuaries of
Mudumalai in Tamil Nadu and Wynad in Kerala.

Day's return trip to Madumalai
MADUMALAI SANCTUARY : Established in 1938 and now
expanded to cover 124 sq. miles ( 322 sq. km. ) of mixed and moist deciduous forests.
Bisected by the road from Mysore to Ooty and bounded to the north by Bandipur National
Park in Karnakta and to the west by the Wynad sanctuary in Kerala. Good game- viewing and
facilities. Elephant-riding available.
Day 09 Drive Bandipur - Ooty.
Overnight in hotel.
OOTY: This famous hill station near the tri-junction of Tamil Nadu, Kerala and
Karnataka is 2268 m above sea level in the Nilgiri mountains.
Day 10 Drive Ooty Cochin. Overnight in hotel...
COCHIN : It contains some of India's most
beautiful murals and several places where you can see a performance of the world-famous
Kathakali dance drams.
Day 11 Fullday sightseeing of the
city, visiting :
ST. FRANCIS CHURCH : This is India's oldest European-built in 1503 by Portuguese
Franciscan friars who accompanied the expedition led by Pedro Alvarez Cabral.

Day 12 Drive Cochin - Periyar
. Overnight in hotel..
PERIYAR WILDLIFE SANCTUARY : This 777 sq. km
sanctuary in the Thekkady district, on the Tamil Nadu border, is one of the most important
in India.You could reasonably expect to see elephants, bison antelope, smabar, wild boar,
monkeys and elusive tigers. These days, wildlife sightings are usually limited to a few
elephants and bison, especially if you only take the sightseeing are usually around the
lake.
Day 13 In Periyar to explore the area.
Day 14 Drive Periyar - Kovlam. Overnight in hotel near beach.
KOVALAM : Just south of Thiruvananthapuram, is
one of India's best beaches and the favorite watering hole of travelers in southern India.
The main beach consists of a two fairly small, palm-fringed
coves which are separated from the beaches on either side by rocky headlands. There is
good surf on most day but, if you're not a strong swimmer, you should approach the water
cautiously until you're familiar with the rip.
Day 15 In Kovlam
to relax.
Day 16 Drive Kovlam - Trivandrum. Sightseeing.
Padmanabhaswamy Temple : The seven
storied stone structure is the most impressive landmark in Trivandrum. This temple
dedicated to lord Vishnu contains several inscriptions and excellent murals. Innumerable
intricate stone carvings adorn the temple exterior as well as interior.

Day 17 Fly Trivandrum - Mumbai. Late
night take flight back home.
